Taxes:
Our European prices include VAT and applicable taxes for the EU. Additional taxes may apply when shipping outside the EU and are the customer's reponsibility.

Duties:
There are no duties when shipping from the European site to EU countries. When shipping outside the EU duties may apply , and the customer is responsible for them.

Product shortages:
In the rare case of a stock outage, we will contact you with a probable ship date, and you have the right to cancel at any time before shipment without fees or penalties.

Payment:
We accept payments by credit card and via bank transfer. Our European bank details can be found below, and a reminder appears on-line when ordering and also in the order acknowlegement email:
